Shopee菲律宾8月31日起下线买家端“店铺消息”入口

Shopee菲律宾本土店发布客服入口调整通知，自2026年8月31日起，买家端Shopee App中Chat页面的“店铺消息（Shop Message）”板块将正式下线，卖家无法再通过买家端App处理咨询消息。后续卖家仅可通过Seller Center App中的Chat标签页，或卖家中心网页版Webchat（seller.shopee.ph/new-webchat/conversations）回复买家。9月15日，全新版Shopee Seller Center App将在App Store和Google Play上线。
